    Next week : (DD is a fusspot, so hers is always subject to change)
    Purple is freezer.

    Mon
    ~ Me : Jollof rice with salad ( realised need to go easy on the Tuna as DD needs it for school dinners. So i will have something else. Possibly Lemon chicken and egg fried rice (carried over from last week, as wasn't made)
    Changed to HM Thai mince with cabbage and mushroom noodles
    DD: Tuna and pasta DONE

    Tues ~ Me : Quorn Peppered steaks, jacket potato, green beans and corn on cob DONE
    DD: Quorn chicken pieces with satay sauce, noodles, peas and babycorn
    Changed to Quorn sausages, mash and veg

    Weds ~ Meatza ( with Quorn mince) this has been pushed forward to another week.
    Changed to Salmon, spinach, leek and lemon couscous
    DD : HM pizza (dough in freezer) eating tomorrow

    Thursday ~ Me : HM/SC Jambalaya with rice?? and veg.
    Changed to Quorn sausages, omelette and beans
    DD: Meat-free meatballs with ariabatta sauce and spaghetti
    Changed to Beans on toast

    Friday ~ Me : Quorn lamb donner with actifry chips and veg or meat free burger , this has been pushed forward to another week
    Changed to Jambalaya from above

    DD: Meat free burger or something along those lines (as she didn't have this last week)
    Changed to Pizza from Weds

    Saturday ~ Me : Salmon, spinach, carrots ?? and lemon couscous
    Changed to Jerk something or other to use seasoning in cupboard
    DD : Quorn sausages, raw carrot and onion rings
    See Sun

    Sunday
    ~ Me roast Gammon/Chicken (depending on next shopping delivery) or Beef Bourgignon ( made Goulash last week instead)
    No shopping, so Beef Bourgignon
    DD: (Quorn) Roast dinner with veg (some will be fresh)
    No shopping, TBC
