    It is good when you have someone traveling with a person with a disability and they also get 1/3 off the journey as well, but if you got no family members and do not make that lots of train journeys then it is not such good value. My relative always book in advance and get very good discount even more without using any discount rail card.

    If you already have a Railcard, the new criteria will not affect you as long as you keep renewing your card.

    What does this mean exactly? that you can keep renewing even if you don't get PIP?
