Hi,
I recently changed phones from an old style Nokia to a Nexus 4, I've kept the same Network provider 02, however I now frequently have no reception, are there any remedies?

All reception (2G and 3G) or just 3G?
Remember that the smartphone functions need a decent 3G signal to work, so if you can't get 3G then you may be limited to the voice side only in your area.
Your old Nokia was presumably 2G only.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Switched to 2G and it's working better now, does this mean I will no longer be able to access the Internet etc?0

You will be able to access mobile data no worries, it will just be slower than 3G.0

Be worth looking at Nexus forum to see if an alternative modem is available .
