    Check your contact numbers in change personal details online. If the number is correct, make sure the formatting is as it instructs. If it's not got the 044-07.. Prefix it won't work.

    Also the OTP pass code telephone number is not linked to your personal contact numbers on record which the alerts are sent.

    Mine are instant as soon as the trigger occurs- like a large payment.
