Anyone used ....No Win No Fee ??

Options
Hi
2 questions.....long shot but maybe someone can help :
1)....Has anyone pursued a claim for compensation using one of these `No Win No Fee' companies??.......If so was it successful. I've had my claim rejected by Monarch due to EC - cracked windscreen...

2)..had a 7 hour delay 14/07/12 Gatwick to Malaga ZB 736
This delay had the knock-on affect of causing myself & family missing our cruise ship -that thenmeant we had to have a over night stay in Malaga & a 10 hour coach journey to reach the Ship the next day:mad: .....anyone else on this journey(ordeal) there were 60 of us !! I'd be interested to hear from you !!

No win no fee implies that if you win there is a fee.
This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !

Yes....I know there would be a fee.....Just wondered and was interested to know if anyone had taken this route to claim with any Airline not just Monarch and their experience of it really......I'm unsure at the moment as how to proceed....

I have made 2 claims against British Airways.

1st claim rejected due to EC but this conflicts with what we were told at the gate.

2nd claim successful but still awaiting cheque a month later!

I have decided to make use of the no-win-no-fee services of euclaim. Simply because I don't have the time to do everything myself.

Their cut is quite hefty but still it removes the potential of losing my court fee (Scotland so no MCOL) etc should the case be lost.

Happy to update as and when my claim progresses with them.
