This thread is purely a get-together for anyone on this flight.
We were on this flight and we are trying to get compensation out of Thomas Cook to little avail, the only letters we get are delaying tactics.
So, if anyone out there has had any success or has taken things further then please let me know. Maybe we could all get together and bring a group action?

Group action isn't possible in the small claims court, but good luck with getting together with others and swopping notes/info.0
