No - I reckon he's someone she met through this gaming thing she's obsessed with, it's all she ever does. No such luck it would be someone who would take her off our hands.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Sounds like you've had a productive day SA.

Good morning folks
Ended up not going to WW - needed to go to Aldi first thing then get on with wallpaper stripping (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!).
Bedroom almost stripped, will finish off today. Ordered some paint from Wilko as too heavy to carry, wish I'd thought on to order all the paint we need to do the rest of the house while I was paying £4 delivery, never mind.
Spent more than planned in Aldi, although got all my fruit for the week, Mr SA's meat and an Autumn planter for the patio which is lovely. This means I've already spent just over half my grocery budget for the month and there's still 20 days left - but do-able as have some good stocks in now.
I'm going to sit and do a proper meal plan for next week with all my meals pointed for the week as really need to lose the holiday weight before the next one. Really don't want to have to start paying at WW need to be within my goal weight and I'm right on the edge right now.
Also need to look at finances today to make sure they're on track.
Hope everyone has a fab SundayI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Thanks Lucky - managed a very long read of my book with a coffee this morning courtesy of Mr SA and the dog not getting up until late and the cat sitting on my knee preventing me from moving
Finances done, everything reconciled. CC cleared only £46.49 balance to pay off this week so balance is now £0. Shaved off an oddment from one account into VSP which now stands at £602.90.
Today will be a NSD despite Mr SA asking if we could go to the shops after taking the dog on the park. The answer was NOI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Finished stripping the bedroom. Luckily we can get away with not having it plastered, the walls are ok. Unbelievably DD has almost done hers too. I thought it would spur her on thinking she was going to the back of the queue.
Mr SA has relented, despite protests that it doesn't need it, to having the hall plastered. He's going to ring the plasterer tomorrow. Unfortunately the walls in the hall are awful. I want the painter to paint the hall too as it's too difficult (and dangerous!) for us.
Have cleaned the whole house as didn't get time yesterday. Just got to do the meal plan and make my soup for next week now.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
