Finally back home. And yes ended up cooking dinner, although only something out of the freezer. Got in at 7pm, started running a bath, Mr SA said what about dinner!!!! Dog ecstatic to see me, she went mad. The past three days has been exhausting but I'm glad I did it, the experience was amazing. Saw nothing of London other than hotel, meeting place and where we ate, the days were just so full on. Spent a fortune on food but most can claim back thankfully. Looking forward to getting back to normal now, coming back down to earth.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Glad to hear you've made it SA! Meetings are so tiring aren't they! and Mr SA survived... just! xxMummytogirls x0

Finished work early today, did nothing but yawn all day. Felt strange being back in the office.
Can you believe it, after Mr SA complaining about two days of takeaways, I decided to cook him a healthy meal of chicken, potatoes and veg tonight. He's just asked me what's for dinner and pulled a face!!
Just waiting for Mr M delivery then going to have a long soak in the bath. Just want to relax this weekend - Mr SA suggested going in town for a coffee - if I'd had a gun I would've shot him at that point!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Had a pottering about day today, cleaned the whole house, picked up some food bits from local shops, ordered another lawn mower to replace the one Mr SA broke! Just got a cheap one from Argos, lightweight so he can use it easily. Being delivered tomorrow.
Didn't go to WW again today, not been for 4 weeks. Not even weighed myself recently, had a few weeks of not being very good, need to get back on track.
Ankle has been playing me up, quite swollen, don't know why, not been overdoing it.
Did finances today, CC cleared, DD paid her board yesterday, all ok.
Plans for tomorrow - menu plan, go on treadmill, NSD, relax. Still shattered.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Evening SA,
Hope your ankle goes down a bit and you can get it rested up tomorrow... Mr SA permitting!
Glad finances all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hope you feel less shattered now xxMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Lawnmower arrived this morning, lightweight, Mr SA happy with it, he tested it out but still gave him backache. He gets backache and indigestion a lot so will bring this up when I take him to see GP next week for a medication review.
Had quite a productive day today, got all my summer clothes out, ironed them and hung them in wardrobe. All the thick jumpers got put away. Did a freezer inventory, menu plan and sorted out all my toiletries. Not as relaxing a day as first planned but pleased with what I've done.
Didn't get round to going on treadmill though.
Ankle a lot better today and I'm not shattered anymore.
Looking at the week ahead:
Monday is check up at dentist.
Tuesday is smear test in the morningthen going at attempt to go back to Zumba after work.
Wednesday is gym day and Mr M top up delivery day.
Thursday will hopefully be a NSD.
Friday I'm on half a day at work, meeting some friends for lunch.
Saturday must go back to WW in the morning then DS and family coming in the afternoon.
Hope everyone has a great weekI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
