Evening MTG - too right - he's been sleeping most of the time.

Back to work today and back to being busy straight from the off. At least the day whizzed by. Also back to the gym - got to be done.

Finally got round to checking Saurday's lotto ticket and have won £25 :) Also today has been a NSD :)

On a less positive note Mr SA has had a nasty fall tonight in the kitchen. He's quite shook up and has hurt his arm and leg :(

Mr SA still not good, he's extremely exhausted and has already gone to bed. He says last time he felt this bad he was in hospital.

Went to Zumba after work, small Mr S shop at lunchtime and tonight is alcohol free day number 2 of the week - on a detox after holiday :)

MR SA still shattered. However, so am I as he was snoring so loudly last night I hardly slept. Kept digging him in the back but he carried on. Not great when I have to get up at 5am :(

Today should have been another NSD but Mr SA rang me to say we were out of margarine so nipped to Mr T on the way home, picked up marg and a bottle of wine. Although I did pick up £25 Lotto winnings at the same time. So tonight I have caved in and am having a large glass of wine which will hopefully help me sleep through the snoring.

Circuit training at lunchtime was good but tough, will ache tomorrow I'm sure.

Thanks all, I had a half decent night's sleep. Just goes to show that a glass of wine is far better for helping you sleep than supposedly sleep inducing herbal tea. :)

Mr SA had diarrhoea and sickness today. Also he tried to do some jobs round the house, fell off the step ladders and hurt his back. He knows he can't do ladders, he's a danger to himself.

Didn't go to WW tonight as got home from work late due to having to take meeting notes at the last minute. Must go next week, although according to my scales I've stayed the same, they're pretty accurate.

    Thank goodness it's Friday tomorrow!
