Cheapest smart phone for 150 or under please

Hi just looking for suggestions for decent smart phones for 150 pounds or less .I have never had a smart phone before but would like to be able to browse the internet and watch net fix as am going to get unlimited internet .

I am really stuck on this so any suggestions would be great .So long as the phone is unlocked or can be unlocked any suggestions would be really helpful thanks .

the huawei G300 is a great phone and is on offer at Amazon for £85.00 new on Vodafone. It can be unlocked for a fiver on ebay.

the Orange Sandiego at £99 is also good also i think its a pentium processor. but as yet cant be unlocked.

or theres the zte balde III on virgin for £80 again locked to Virgin.

Then you have to make your mind on the OS first. Your main options are Android and Windows Phone 8. For the latter see: Huawei Ascend W1 on O2 £129.99

Check yourself how much it costs to unlock.
