    when i received mine , it also said returned as box was damaged , on opening it the detergent bottles were missing , have e-mailed them , had a reply but they havnt mentioned sending any so placed an order so at least i can use it , so money i saved was spent on replacing what should have been included in the first place :(:(:(:(:(

    Phone them up on 0844 412 8455 and insist they send you the detergent bottles. Mine came without it too, and I'm going to call them up tomorrow if they are open.

    You should definitely call them and be prepared to hold, don't let them get away with it - the man on the phone said it was most unusual that it was missing, apparently not from this thread!

    Me also,

    No detergent bottles received that I had paid for ( 2 x 1.5 litres). The VAX arrived OK.
    After my complaint, I received this email yesterday:
    EQNIL8JM220RIBPOTSException Reason:SHIPMENT NOT PROCESSED BY BROKERAGE. SHIPMENT HAS NOT CLEARED CUSTOMS.Exception Resolution:FORWARDED TO THE FACILITY IN THE DESTINATION CITY (RESOLUTION)

    UPS Service:UPS SAVERWeight:4,5 KGS
    The Vax phone number just keeps you holding on, so I emailed them.
    I am not impressed with their service.
    I assume that I will get my detergent soon?:(
