    The call centre do try hard to help.

    Mine arrived. It had two broken bits which did not come to light until I had used it, also the two bottles of cleaner had leaked very slightly.

    I phoned them today and they are sending out new parts and two replacement bottles (I would not have worried about the bottles if I was not on the phone anyway)

    So great customer service.

    Still a few things left in the sale, no log in required i.e. S6S home pro steam cleaner £99.99 down from £160, am off to see how this compares to other prices plus reviews now!
    Green and minimal chemicals is the new black- I know a fair old bit about sustainability, specially energy and transport stuff. If I can help- please ask!

    In addition to some of the above, mine was also incomplete - so get checking if you haven't opened yours!

    Stupidly I didn't open my floor cleaner when it arrived 2/3 weeks ago and when I came to use it yesterday (after taking all my furniture outside!) there was no detergent in there.

    Website said the box may be damaged but I presume all these sale items are returns, shame they didn't check items before dispatch. Queued on the phone for 15 mins and they are sending a bottle out.

    when i received mine , it also said returned as box was damaged , on opening it the detergent bottles were missing , have e-mailed them , had a reply but they havnt mentioned sending any so placed an order so at least i can use it , so money i saved was spent on replacing what should have been included in the first place :(:(:(:(:(
