I bought a vcc -03 in last sale before Christmas, its a fab commercial cylinder vax. I clean 10 houses a week, in middle Feb the handle came loose then came off, I called them as I couldnt get it to go back on without taking it all apart. They checked then said would need to send me a whole new top piece and it would take about 10 days. They were really helpful, I paid £49.95 delivered originally.
Today a whole new vax arrived!! great customer service, great item, good suction easy to use, one point there is nowhere for the long cable to be stored, you just loop it up and it hangs on hook on the handle, this is perfect for me though as am in and out of houses, the henry cables get hot wound inside with alot of use.Life happens when you are busy making other plans

isnt that abit contradictory, better than a dyson but it loses suction.
I have a dyson which is 15 years old and that doesnt lose suction0 -
I have bought two products in the vax sale in the past couple of years.
The first one was a steam cleaner which was fab, and was very pleased with the money I paid for it, this sadly has just died after being lent to a friend
and was out of guarantee. I was incredibly pleased with it though, and have since bought the kitchen and bathroom master to replace (last week before the sale typically but in true mse expert style was bought with a code and reduced from isme, so just as cheap!)
The second was a basic robot vacuum cleaner for hard floors, which i would never have bought normally, but the vax sale mean I just had to have it! This is currently doing the floors while i sit typing :j
I have also purchased a hard floor master s2, again in true mse style using tesco double up clubcard vouchers, this recently broke, (only a small clip) butm is couldn't be repaired by a spare part so I got in touch with vax and lo and behold after filling in a simple form which they emailed through to me, and sending back to them, I had a new machine in 2 weeks :j
I think this could say that I recommend their products! and also highly rate the customer service.0 -
Vax have a robot one in the sale? Could you post a link to it, please? I'd love to have it!0

They did this last year and pretended it was a 'secret' staff sale and that someone had 'leaked' the details onto HUKD and MSE when in fact it was all a set up. To be fair there were a couple of decent discounts then but all the rest were normal prices.0

Yes, I agree that it's not a secret per se, just a good time to buy them if you wanted them anyhow. I got my Vax All Terrain in last year's "sale", and despite it having one of the worst user manuals I've ever seen, I'm quite in love with the work it saves me, cleaning up after my cats.
For instance, I buy my supply of Baileys in Nov/Dec, when they drop the price for a few weeks before Christmas. The timing varies, but it does happen, and just knowing that that's the lowest price I'll get means that I can simply look out for it, and buy for the year then.0 -
But when I click the link to the Vax site I just get to a login and can't find any other links to click - any advice please? Is there something special you have to type in the login box?Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0
