Get the address from the WhoIs link that dacouch posted and then work out the cost of what he owes you for replacing the machine, less his 25 quid fee he didn't charge you.
Then send him a "Letter before Action" requesting payment of you will commence court action against him.
Give him a couple of weeks and then if he doesn't pay, start a small claims action against him.0 -
