However, this may be £500 plus a supplementary amount for different products (PPI, mortgage etc).
May be use published information rather than what a journalist says/is alleged to have said (however popular that journalist might be)?

Instead of charging me £16 every time I screw up and go over my overdraft limit (which has been a lot these last few months whilst I wait for client cheques to come in) why don't they spend money on making banking better?
This makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. Why would any business consider reducing income so that, instead, it can increase expenditure?
It's a pity the FOS couldn't charge a small fee for lodging a complaint which is refundable if the complaint is upheld - it'd get rid of cowboy complaints like this.
On another note, my barber charged me £7 for my haircut this morning instead of repainting his walls. Who do I lodge a complaint with?0
