But they are littering our front garden.
I know!!! Tell me about it! If you go on stopjunkmail.org it only lets us stop mail with our name on it or to the ocuppier, problem is, pizza menus are not addressed at all!
So I dont know what the law says about that......
And I have the same problem with emails that dont 'let you' unsuscribeHappy0 -

I don't have so much problem with email junk as I give out junk address initially and once I know the website is not dodgy I might change it to my real email address. But true, quite few of them have no 'unsubscribe' button or like Youtube even if you untick, they'll tick it themselves0 -
We keep the paper recycling bin by the front door....I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0

If you were to take them to court, you'd need to prove the amount you'd lost. You can;t just pluck an imaginary figure from thin air. Picking up a piece (or pieces) of paper is the work of a few seconds and the cost to you so minimal, you'd be awarded pennies, if anything. The court would be seriously unhappy at your wasting their time on a relative triviality.0

I too am sick of the constant flow of pizza menu's through my letterbox.
We should start putting our junk back through their letter box.0 -
One mans mail is another mans business....!!
I pay a leaflet deliverer to leaflet for me, costs me a lot but it does bring in business. Does make me laugh sometimes when I go to a house to quote following a call sparked by a leaflet to see a "No junk mail" or similar on the door.
On a different tack get in touch with the post office, you can get the ones delivered by them stopped.0 -

Maybe complain to the company?
I'd love to store up my junk mail and put it through the offenders' doors0
