Virgin - Cancelling Multi-room?

Hi,
I ordered an extra V-HD box for one of the bedrooms in December, I no longer need it though so was wondering if I am tied into any kind of contract or can I cancel it at any time? I'm obviously paying £6.50 a month and would rather not be for something that isn't getting used.

Normally 12 monthsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I gave them a call last night, they cancelled it straight away, box stopped working within 4 hours, they credited back this months extra service fee (I guess it's charged in advance) and will be sending out packaging to return the box. All in all very painless!0

It wasn't faulty, they cut it off after my phone call to them to cancel the service, sorry for the misunderstanding.0
