Hi all,

just need a bit of help

my sister took out a sim only contract with chitter chatter (joke of a company) a few months ago, and it was a contract where they she would pay t-mobile the full amount but then they would credit her back with something like £5 a month. They have not been crediting her back, she has phoned them twice and sent them an email regarding this, and they keep on saying the credit willl be applied. She is now getting p'd off. I have suggested taking it to the small claims court - but what does everyone think?

It costs money to levy a small claims court case, more than the £5 a month you hope to recieve.

The fee you pay gets added automatically to the amount you claim.
