There is with Severn Trent as per my previous post.
Why don't you just give Anglia a call?
Information is not hard to find??

I've switched and been put on SoLow tarrif--no standing charge. I'll probably be paying around £20 a month--previously I was paying about £48 per month based on rateable value (they only took a payment for 10 months of the year but I worked it out to a monthly figure and it worked out about £48)0

Most definitely! My water bill is less than £100 a year on a So-low tariff.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

YES, if you are on your own
Anglian Water's metered charges for 2013/14 are
Water £1.5175 per cu metre plus 8.22p a day (£30 a year).
Sewerage 90% of water used at 1.647 cu metre plus 23.56 a day (£86 a year).
Our water bill last year was £310 (£26 a month) for the two of us (we are both at home all day and have an automatic garden watering system and used 69 cu.m).
When we moved in three years ago it was based on RV and was £550 then, so getting a meter was a no brainer for usNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
You'll find if you do try it out they'll bring out some water saving devices too. You may or may not be able to use these.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0
