In Chrome on Arch Linux:

test.avi, test.flv, test_mpeg4.mp4 & test_xvid.mp4 don't load
test.swf loads fullscreen
test.swf.html, test_VP8.webm & test_x264.mp4 load at a fixed size

(wow... I must be bored!)
