well thought i would post on here as ready to blow my top. been using this since last year and order around once a week and only once they have got the order right. everytime i order i have to complain mainly short dated items, items that are damaged or missing. complained again last week got a refund ect ect but now when i have tried to order they have blocked my account. after many hours on the phone basicly its because i complain so much. head office usless, CS useless. i have reported them to TS as i belive they are using surplying poor quailty items that the store cant sell.

There is no need to complain on the telephone: just log in to your account, go to the order, couple of clicks and any items damaged, wrong, missing or short dated are refunded. It's really quick easy and free. You are also within your rights to check at least some of the order before you sign for it.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

You cant get refunds online with Asda, you have to email CS or telephone. If your account has been blocked with them then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to contact them unless you keep trying to telephone and ask to speak to someone as high up as you can go and explain the whole situation. I personally would of stopped shopping with them after the 3rd or 4th time a mistake was made, given time to cool off and gone back to see if things changed. It also gives CS a chance to see you don't make complaints every week etc. I often do this if I feel a supermarket falls under my expectations. I make around up to 2 complaints a month for refunds or general complaint but I'm disloyal to a certain chain so it doesn't go against me.
Waitrose were brilliant with me when I was having repeated problems with one of their delivery branches, countless apologies, staff training instore and a £35 refund for lack of refrigeration in the van carrying my goods. I was absolutely outraged at how bad the service had been but kept my cool and explained the situation to them in writing and on the telephone in a supportive yet assertive manor. The dealt with it brilliantly!
I've never had a problem with any supermarkets mishandling my complaints, or blocking my accounts and I complaint a lot!The Year Of DreamsBig Love To All Comp Sharers

If they are so bad why would you want to order again? The home shoppers work really fast on a time limit and don't have time to pick out worse items for deliveries. If something is obviously damaged they don't pick it from what i have seen. They also pick more than one person's shopping at a time so don't feel it's anything personal, they really wouldn't know where it was going.Smokefree since 27-9-20070

its the only supermarket that delivers in my area. i found out that its the manger of the home delivery department at my local store has requested for my account to be closed, i think its becuase with me complaining i have driven his complaint % up in his department.0 -
I've never had to email or phone CS for a refund. You just click on 'Your Account', 'Your Orders', then 'Request Refund' next to your order. The option becomes available on the day of delivery. I later receive an email telling me that my refund has been processed.
If it's the only supermarket that delivers in your area, have you tried setting up another account?0 -

I'm looking at my account now and there is no way to request a refund, just view details, unless I am going blind and missing something obvious. Mine was delivered this morning at 9.45 (driver phoned to ask if it was ok to deliver early, I had an all day delivery booked). They only thing wrong with the order was 2 broken eggs which I was going to let go, not phoning for that.2011 Sealed Pot Challenge #1238 hoping for £250 ~ saved £743.32

Hmmm, that's odd. In my account (under orders), to the right of View Details, there's a Request Refund column. I had an order delivered this morning & requested a refund an hour or so ago.0 -
We use to order from Asda and had a few issues. The only way we got a refund was going in store. We have since moved to Sainsbury's, mainly for their choice of organic options, and never had any issues with their home delivery.0

It doesn't show up until the order is marked as delivered, sometimes that is very quickly after, sometimes a few hours. Maybe look again later might be they only update after the end of your booked 'slot' which as you say was all day.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
