Flight delay Compensation- Monarch- Have not retained our tickets

Options
We had a delay on a Monarch flight in March 2010 to Lanzarote of over 6 hours. we lodged a complaint at the time but were fobbed off. we did not keep the correspondence or tickets. In fact now we have no way of proving we were on flight. do airlines keep passenger lists for all flights going back over say 4 years. Can we check them. Is it worth trying to claim under the new EU rules that came into force into autumn 2012, or are we "Flogging a Dead Horse". Incidententially that was the third and last time we flew with Monarch and each time there was a delay of between
1 and 6 hours.

Monarch have acknowledged that I was on board the flight but are quoting various rescheduled departure and arrival times to assert that my flight was not delayed.

The flight was back in 2010 and all I have is the copy of the credit card statement confirming the payment for the flight plus a booking reference number.

I have requested a copy of the original booking confirmation which would specify the original flight details, but surprise surprise, they are unable to provide this.

My question therefore, is what next? How can I prove to Monarch that the flight was delayed?

    What does FlightStats indicate?

I have used Flightstats and have even contacted the destination airport. Both parties have quoted the re-scheduled arrival times.

Its all a bit weird....I'm beginning to doubt myself!

Seriously, I was definitely delayed for several hours and was even issued with vouchers for refreshments twice over!
