Do not use this firm for home oil supply in Kent. We ordered on a Saturday, they promise within 5 working days, they even have a pretty chart showing when at the latest your order will be sent. Ours said Thursday. No it wouldn't happen they said, maybe Friday, again no the depot informed the sales team they couldn't. Today is Monday and they phoned Friday to say it would definitely arrive. Called them and guess what, Tuesday now! We have young children and now now heating or water despite ordering 10 days ago! They offered a £20 goodwill voucher to be used next time as if we would ever go back. First time we used them and the last, go to Geoff Bormann who are excellent despite being a few pence a litre more, they will deliver 500 litres emergency tomorrow at normal price.

I am supprised by this comment. I have used Homefuels Direct for the past 3 years and I am regulary order fuel through there website. I have never experienced any issues so I am sure that this is just a one of issue. At least use your voucher
