In the meantime I got another ticket, a similar PCN in the queen Elizabeth hospital in Woolwich parking. I rushed in because my wife was giving birth to my daughter (now 4 months old) and they PCN-end me although I brought a valid parking ticket as soon as I could back (it takes time to find a form and fill it out, etc)
Needless to say I files for appeal and proved I had a valid hospital parking ticket, but I was help up ...and they cancelled it!
Know your rights and believe in good people! I have always believed I should pay if I have done something wrong, but it !!!!es me off when we are treated like stupid. What is worrying is that 7 out of 10 will probably just pay the fines and get on with it ...:mad:0 -
That's what worries us too, but we are pretty sure it's not such a high % these days who pay. Spread the word!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
