Hello. I have just received my credit card bill and have been charged £92.02 for something that looks like it is an online game!!! it is listed as Google *EA Mobile. I have tried to send a message to the EA site but there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting them. Both my children got tablets for Christmas I am assuming it is a game for one of these, but I have checked the games they have installed, none of them are from EA. I don't really know what to do about this, should I contact the credit card will they have more info? Thank you in advance

    Restrict in-app purchases with a password/Pin.

Android. Set a Pin with your Google Play account. All purchases will then require the Pin. Devices don't come with this feature already activated, so make sure you do it before giving your phone to a child.

Thank You Hasbeen. I now know that my child has paid £92.02 for a boatload of 2400 donuts for The Simpsons Tapped Out game.
I don't suppose there is any way I can get this money back?

This guy got a refund from Apple after his kid spent £1700 on in-game app purchases.

Just in case anyone else has a similar problem, I looked on Google Wallet, saw what she had bought (it came to £230!!) and requested a redund through their "contact us" option. They are in the process of doing that, saying it should be complete within 14 days. Thank you so much for all your advice:T and I have now changed the password which SHALL remain secret!
