Useless Yodel Again

Ordered some car spares from Car Parts 4 Less and Yodel only go and deliver them to some other address, and they don't know what address as it's not on their system, I had no card through the door to say where it is either!

Only knew I should have received it as received email and text, checked the tracking and it says it's delivered, but doesn't state the address they delivered it to!

You would think after all these years they would have sorted this company out.

Whilst companies are still prepared to use them there's no incentive on them to improve.

    Yeah, true.

Had problems couple months back with them collecting goods to be returned, in fact they failed to collect 4 days in a row, so company ended up sending another courier company out to collect.

There is no reason to be so useless, must take more effort to be as bad as they are.

For years they fail to provide even a half decent service. I do try and avoid doing business with companies that use Yodel, but sometimes that's not possible.
  • Had e-mail from Yodel this evening telling me they tried to deliver parcel and left a card telling me.

    Bunch of liars.

Been in all day and no card.

That's happened to me several times. It's not worth complaining as they don't give a monkeys.

Yodel tried to deliver a parcel to me today, apparently at 8am. I was sat in the front room overlooking the street and front door from 6:45 am.

Parcel has been marked as 'Unable to deliver, no access to property'.

I also had a nother parcel which they have marked as 'Delivered, signed for' last week, but they can't provide a signature.

I know where their depot is, its at least 45 minutes drive in a car, so how can a parcel be loaded on to a van at 7:27, but delivery failed at 8:00am?

    Just plain lies.

Yodel fail becuase they pile work onto employee's when they cannot cope.

Yodel should employ more people, but they wont because they dont want to pay a decent wage.

    Yodel = badly run company

No, yodel fail because they allow staff to get away with telling outright lies.

It is so impossible to avoid them. The Open University use them, they either dump my books in my recycling bin or the tracking says delivered when it isn't. Amazon use them- same story, Boots use them. I could go on..I wish these companies would learn that it puts people off using them!
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

and the majority of people on this forum are forcing the retailers hand to give cheap/free delivery.

I'd rather pay for delivery and get good service myself.
