Yes and no!and would this be considered as a purchase and would not be charged interest each month as its a 0% on 16 months
Yes it's a purchase (in terms of interest rate), but no it's not at 0% during the intro period...it's generally* charged at your standard, ie 'go to', rate for purchases.
