    hi southcoastgi,

    we have got pipe clips on and a wedge to help stabilise the pipe and (touch wood) it appears to be doing the job though we still have the panel off to keep a close eye on it.

    we had noticed during earlier investigations that there was noticeable movement when weight was placed at the shower-end of the bath - understandably, this is what is happening when we are using the shower - so it might be that we find we would feel more secure changing from a push fit to a nut fitting even if we don't experience any more problems

    However, hopefully, stabilising the pipe will have solved the current situation.
