2010 BA flight cancellation

Wasn't going to bother as, although I arrived in NY a day later than planned due to flight cancellation, a snow storm at the end of my holiday meant that I got an extra 4days with my family. Anyway, after reading other experiences, thought as it's only a letter, why not give it a go? Sent a letter to BA 2 weeks ago & cheque arrived in the post yesterday!! Found the flightstats website excellent for flight numbers, times etc as did not have the information after 2 years. Result!! :j
