Hiya peeps,

If your contract finishes and dont renew is the phone yours ?

Ive kept the same iphone but went onto PAYG, and wondered if the phone was mine ?

The phone was yours as soon as you signed up to your original contract. The provider of the handset has no claim to it.

As Earthworm says, the phone is yours - you buy it outright when you pay for it.

Phone contracts have a minimum term but continue until you stop them.

If you want to cease your contract you have to tell the network. Otherwise they will continue to provide service and take money.

Once you have paid the contract minimum term and given notice to end it the phone is yours to keep.

the phone is yours to keep from the start, it has nothignt o do with completing the minimum term.
