    I got a higher limit than this on my first ever credit card when I was 18 and had just started my first job.

    So your limit has been increased from £1500 to £3500....almost 150% increase....Mmmm...strange!!

    I asked for increase from £1000 to £2000 after having account just over 6 months. Approved instantly. Income etc unchanged from original application. Maybe theyll consider bigger raises if income has gone up

    How would they know your income has gone up?
