But nobody is forcing you to accept Virgin's terms. Ignoring it, then bleating about the cost when circumstances change is the norm is pretty common, but it certainly isn't justified.
As for the products and offer combinations, it's their network and they have decided what the packages are. It isn't up to a CS staffer to defend or even justify the charges - if you like you buy, if you don't then you save even more money.
If you take Virgin TV they insist on a phone line - why? So you pay for this whether you want it or not. With BB only, you could use VOIP as an alternative and not need a standard line - yet VM are slanting pricing to encourage take up.
The customer has the ultimate sanction - it's his money.0
