Appalling sell through rate as well, so people aren't buying from them. That's probably why they don't bother registering as a business.

If my sales were as poor as theirs I couldn't manage to run a business either.

It doe sshow though what I keep saying that even a very obvious business can get away without registering as long as they stick to certain categories- and collectables is one of them. They are an auction picker like me
