Mobile Upgrade - Contract?

Hey
I have been with the Carphone warehouse for 1 year now and i recently
upgraded my phone to an 18 month contract i got the new Samsung U600 phone, but am unsatisfied with it, i tried upgrading to the new Sony Ericcson k810i but the dont have it yet? I have 14 days to change the phone but none other phones i want.

I looked on the Phones4U Website and they have the new Sony Erricson? Im really confused, is there anyway i can cancel my contract now? Or any other way around this? other than buying out my contract?

If you return the phone (the Samsung) to CPW, you won't enter into a new contract. Therefore once it has gone back to them *send it Special Delivery* - you will be 'out' of contract and can wait until they get in the phone you want?
