Our flight was delayed four and a half hours at Heathrow going to Phoenix early Sept last year.We applied for €1200 comp on the 2nd Jan and received a letter yesterday saying a cheque would be in the post shortly. It took two months and a email reminder last week. Was'nt really expecting to get anything so it came as a pleasant surprise :j
