Plusnet fiber: expect a bumpy ride!

Moved in February from Be Unlimited (ADSL2) to Plusnet FTTC.
1) Plusnet didn't track the cashback properly (still not paid 6 weeks later)
2) Plusnet put me on the wrong broadband profile (40/10)
3) Plusnet gave the wrong address to BT Openreach, so they didn't show up at the first appointment
4) Once the line was installed, took them 5 days to put me on the right profile (80/20). I had to request it again
5) I had paid in advance for caller ID on the telephone line, at the time of ordering. Was not activated, and was charged again when activating it online
6) I had paid the telephone line in advance for a year. First bill (month 2) showed monthly rental for the telephone line (wrong, already paid), and full price for broadband (was supposed to be half price for 6 month)
7) Bill was 3 days earlier than expected (so after 27 days rather than a month), and they didn't refund by themselves
I am happy with my broadband speed now, but I was not expecting so many mistakes from their part. Don't go to Plusnet if you don't want to have to call them 10 times in the first month, and also do check your bills! I have no trust whatsoever in their billing system.

Cashbacks can frequently take 3-4 months or more, I currently have one going back to September, but it still tracked. No free lunch, and no free laptop

They seem to have a very large number of people complaining that their cashbacks didn't track.
Looks like Plusnet systems are not really working well, and their recent FTTC offers probably attracted a lot more customers than they can cope for.0 -
To be honest I expected to read a lot more woe than I did! most ISP's either get it right straightaway or there's a series of minor ballsups. You generally only tend to hear and read about all the problems people have rather than all those that don't have issues.
I'd still go with Plusnet over most other ISP's even if what you suffered was part of the signing up process
