Finding our airline

We have been unable to find our airline to make a claim. Leaving Birmingham international airport to Heraklion Crete due out 13/9/2011 at 20.00 also our return flight 21/9/2011 03.10 both of our flights delayed over 4 hours. We had to pick up our tickets from the Olympic holiday rep.:( Can anyone help?

Sounds like Monarch but you need to dig around on flightstats etc and maybe via the travel agent you booked with.

Tried flightstats our flights did not show, booked online and no reply from Blue sea holidays yet. Will try Monarch. Thanks

Olympic have been using some very small airlines for their flights to Greece in recent years, does the name Strategic, Tor Air or Viking ring a bell, all were used by Olympic and all have ceased trading since!
