seems to be a problem with most the samsung tvs - had to return 2 d800s last year. 2nd was a nightmare returning as they said they couldn't see the clouding (it was awful)

for the 3rd tv i got a Panasonic

Thats exactly what i'm hoping to do. I've explained that if Superfi insist i swap for the same model, i'm happy to do so on the understanding that if it has the same issues, i wont accept it. I also explained that i would prefer to swap for a Panasonic 65VT50 and pay the extra, that way it saves both me and Superfi the hassle of returning a second Samsung if the issues are the same.

Fingers crossed, your photos have disappeared from the superfi facebook site, it seems they evoked the response you needed

I got rid of them for now, while i seem to be getting some help, i don't want to upset them too much

    Result..

They have agreed to swap for the TV i requested, i'll be paying a bit more but it should be worth it.

I guess this could have all been avoided if the manager from my local Superfi had been a bit more professional.

Is this the shop at the bottom of Steep Hill?
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Good luck but I'd have still pushed for the money, you can get the 65" VT50 for under £2900 elsewhere with 5yr warranty.

I've agreed on £2900 with 5 year warranty so not bad as far as i'm concerned,
