I thought it worked by you using the app to scan the barcode of the item you bought. So you'd do that the same when you take delivery of you online order.

Hi Dangermouse, we currently only work with paper receipts printed from supermarket tills at the moment. However, We're working on processing e-receipts and online shopping receipts in the future, and we'll announce it on our website, Facebook and Twitter when it's ready. Thank you for your patience!

I wonder whether you could help me with a problem I have had with withdrawing my rewards. I entered my bank details and was then presented with a 'please enter date and time' message, which of course is impossible. The rewards which I have accrued now all say 'pending withdrawal', but I received nothing to confirm that my transaction had been completed, so I am concerned that it may now be stuck in limbo. Anything you can do to resolve this situation would be much appreciated.
