Shopitize - Cashback by store

If this has been done in the food & Grocery but I trawled through loads and couldn't see anything.
I thought I might put up a thread for shopitize that sorts by stores.
Makes life easier in terms of list preparing (I just spent way to much time in stores checking my phone)
This way we can post offers and put in the relevant area for more speedier shopping
Meant to say I tried the app today and once I got my head round it I earned £4.30 CB for 5 items purchased.

I am a new user to shopitize but once I got the hang of it (used for the first time today) I was impressed.
This app coupled with the others makes great shopping.

Today I bought

Richmond thick sausages (Sainsbury)
on offer at 2 for £3.00 less 60p CB so £1.20 per pack

Pringles sour cream (Tesco Express)
On offer at £1.24 less £1.00 CB so 24p

Pringles Original (Tesco Express)
On offer at £1.24 less £1.00 CB so 24p

Kellogs Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (750g) (Tesco Express)
On offer at £1.57 less £1.20 CB so 37p

Two packs decent sausages, two cartons of pringles and large breakfast all for £3.25

I am sure there are better deals out there but I had a £3.00 voucher for tesco express so wanted to use it.

I hope you don't mind me mentioning this ... It might be a good idea to put the closing date on the offers ...

You might also want to mention that you are only allowed to do an offer once .

I haven't checked them all ... but the ones that i have , all end on the 5th March ...

I'm quite looking forward to seeing what the new items are going to be ... as i have been looking at these ones for the last couple of months

As I said I am new to this and just wanted to make life easier by narrowing down to shops.
Any/all advice is what us shoppers are looking for.
Can you tell me where to find the info and I will gladly add in :}

Thanks for adding the dates etc ...

I know there is another thread on the " grabbit " board that includes Shopitize but i think it is great that you have listed everything by store name ... it really does make my shopping alot easier to plan ... it obviously took you quite a while to sort out ... but it is much appreciated ....

Fingers crossed there will be some great bargains for us all in the " new list " that is due out in a couple of days ..

Just starting using Shopitize, but it's not as easy as the others.

What should happen?

I scanned two products, uploaded numerous receipts which are now sitting in my account. All are ticked green as processed. ONLY 1 seems to be recognised as all bar one say Retailer not recognised even though it's very clear on the receipts.
When does the amount section change from £0.00 to cashback amount ? Is it manually checked after a few days or should it be fairly quickly?

My first attempt was a failure...It showed in the receipts but when I clicked on it there was a yellow box that had the following message.
"No offer found on this receipt! Check offer details and snap another receipt"

On my next attempt I used the stitch option which made my receipt closer and clearer and both receipts (Sains & Tesco) were recognised.

When you first go into the app, above the offers are the different options. Click on receipts and can you see the receipts you have uploaded? Do any have an amount by them or do they have £0.00.
If any receipt has an amount by it click on the receipt and if it shows the items you wanted then it sounds like it has gone through.

Well It finally worked at the 2nd attempt of using the upload facility via PC rather than the app.
I had 13 attempts with the app and each upload said retailer not recognised and receipt value of £0.0 even though they were all crystal clear and no better than the images via PC.

Not sure whether shopitize is worth the hassle really.

I originally posted the TCB thread on the grabbit board but it was removed and put over here which is fine, then the combined thread was posted and has stayed which is a great source of info but some people only use one app so I figured it would be useful to add the singular thread to here as an addition to TCB and Quidco. This way everyone has the information they require and can source it on both boards.
Shoptize is also very different in that the offers aren't available across all the shops!
The main thing for me also was trying to look at my phone whilst in the shop to remind myself of the offers and then see if I could use it in that shop..............THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE :eek:
There starts a possible headache but an aspirin can be used to sooth/remove it by sorting into order.

Can't wait for the new offers :T

So sorry that it was such a hassle, such a shame as the app has potential along with the others.

Glad you managed to get it sorted but I can understand you feeling that way. I would of been spitting chips!!

Hi, we just want to drop by to say thank you to all the inputs everyone has kindly put on this thread.
And we want to share that the good news is we currently already put sort offers by shops for the iPhone/iPad app, and this feature will very soon be released for the Android app users within couple weeks

Our system for receipt recognition is fully automated, and we have wanted to build it this way so that you can get the cashback rewards very quickly after snapping the receipts as long as they're correctly recognised. It is certainly not perfect yet; therefore, we do appreciate your patience for snapping good quality receipts for us. But we're constantly improving it, and every receipt counts!

Meanwhile, if you have trouble getting the receipts correctly recognised, you can simply "report receipt", and our CS will sort it out for you within 2 working days.

You can report receipt by:
- for iPhone / iPad: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click ACTION button on top to find Report Receipt
- for Android: Click Receipt tab >> Click on the receipt that you would like to report >> Click the menu button on your device to find Report Receipt
