Excellent news. Shows that they are taking the p with the APs, and hope you aren't clued up enough to realise.

Yep, they def are. Just checked my credit report today and CL Finance has disappeared from my file after complaining about the 6 markers.
  • After reading this thread a few weeks ago I decided to write to Barclaycard to see if I could get the arrangement to pay marker off my credit file.
I have been in a dmp for 8years and they have put the "ap" marker on my file every month. I have paid the balance in full so had nothing to lose.

    • Sent my letter on 4th July
    • Received a call from B'card cust rep saying that I have paid the account in full now so the "AP" markers won't matter and that she will not change it. I wasn't happy with that so asked for my request to be passed to the 2nd Level.
    • Received a letter from B'card on Monday 15th, which was dated the 11th July. This said they are looking into my complaint and they aim to resolve the matter by 1st August.
    • Received a call this morning from the 2nd level complaints team to say that they will remove all "AP"markers off my credit file.
Result :j Of course I have asked for her to put this in writing :rotfl:

Reading this thread and sending the letter on the off chance was worth it.

    Thank you:beer:
