    Morning all
Hubby's had a cooked breakfast & been dropped at work with his pack up.
I've been to the butchers so the freezer if now full, fish have been fed, WM on for the 2nd time, DW on, I need to strip the bed and sweep through downstairs.
Nmlc, poor hubby, what a disappointment for him, BB nice to see you, the gaps are worrying me.
I finished a blanket last night for a colleague, and have 3 more part finished, hopefully I can do those this weekend.
No lie in here, hubby is working today and tomorrow!
    Have a good day everyone.
    Hugs Hester

:bdaycake::bdaycake: Happy Birthday to Dazi hope you have a great day xx

No rain here but no sun yet, have got the wm on and will get that on the line later.

Went to see my dad yesterday and gave his beard a good tidy up, it grows so quick and he is not able to do it himself, looks much neater now.

Dropping dd at work in a while, then home for a clean through then off out with the dog for a long walk, she needs a good run, she has only had short ones this week.

Dinner tonight will be a fry up (well a grill up really :D).

Bargain bird, I fancy nabs now :D

    Have good days all xx

    Morning all,

lovely sunshine here and i'm appreciating it.

Not much planned for me today, just the routine grocery shopping. I'm aiming for £70 this week but not very hopeful as the cupboards are bare and i need to buy stuff for hubby to take to work.

Not much else to add really, so have a good day all.

Cloudy but dry here. Swimming trip with son at lunchtime, then off to Norfolk to visit OH's older daughter for the rest of the weekend. Then Monday, my coz is coming over for the day to (hopefully) help me finnish off the room of doom! How kind is she!!!
Finnished my jumper sewing together last night and though I say it myself it looks great on and it's as cosy as I hoped it would be. Feel bereft with no knitting now,......will have to start something else.
Got a load of work done yesterday, and lots on for next week.
    Hugs to all.

    Good morning all,

    Happy birthday Dazi:beer:

Sun is out here as well, shall put some washing out for the first time this year. It's cold but some of the big stuff may dry.
Firstly need a good clean around, ds3 had his friends round in the family room last night, eight 16 yr olds:eek: goodness knows what they were doing but I have lipstick kisses all over the French window and have found a pair of hair clippers this morning, the mind boggles:eek::eek:
Planning on some baking this afternoon, I want to make a ginger cake and ginger biscuits ( I must have three jars of ground ginger) and also going to make a quiche of some kind at dh's request. We will have that with jacket potatoes and salad. I am going to use up some leftover peppers, maybe put some bacon and onion in as well.
We have a film to watch tonight, dh is planning on some gardening this afternoon. A nice quiet weekend, just the way I like it:D
    Have a good Saturday all J x

    Morning all,
I'm off to DGD2's swimming lesson this morning then I have a hair app at 1.15, I'm treating myself as we have a wedding to go to at 5pm.
I'll make 2 quiches for lunch and take one to DD. I got some ys asparagus y/day so I'll add that. As we're out tonight there's no dinner to do. Need to get a joint of beef out for DH's dinner tomorrow, I'll have asparagus with a poachedfree range duck egg from our local farm.
Off to iron DH's dress shirt he wants to wear to the wedding.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
