After that it's going to be in the laps of the gods, so to speak. Surveyor will down price the property I would suggest.
All factored in - they've accepted it. We did tell them we wouldn't budge on £260k minimum and they still wanted it.
I disagree about the surveyor's valuation as similar properties are on the market for £265k upwards. If this becomes an issue I will fight it vigorously - when I originally bought the property the surveyor's valuation was not a problem.0 -
