To top it off, they've gotten rid of the Pizza Express vouchers, which is what I was going to exchange my loyalty points for.

Avoid the hotel vouchers, they're a con, even after the discounts you can book the same hotels cheaper elsewhere. The other offers don't really look appealing either.

You might want to try the football game given it's the football season.

Ts&Cs state: "Loyalty points may be redeemed until the date stated." Look at discussion on the previous pages.

I emailed them yesterday and got a response today to say "We are hoping to send an official notification to all players within the next two days advising that the points will now be allocated in January this is to avoid these points being removed at the end of the year as is normal practice."

So looks like this should be resolved shortly which is a good job as I have train tickets I want to book in the new year.
