Thanks for that although the link does not work. Tried it with www at the beginning too and that doesn't work. Just logged in but still cannot see how to view your loyalty points.

As I said above when I click on loyalty either at the top right where it reads Loyalty/Account it just takes me to the offers page, and this is after logging in.

I am logged in and nowhere can I see anywhere where I could click to view my account, even profile etc?

On the loyalty portal page, have you tried clicking on 'Login or Register'? You might need to register on there, I assume I must have done this a while ago but I can't remember.

    do loyalty points expire ?

if so how long are they valid for ?

edit : just read they expire at the end of each calender year - so not long to spend the grand prix points then

Secondary question - if you convert to train vouchers then ho long are they valid for ?

Thanks Chels, I got it now.

Inigo Montoya when I redeemed loyalty points last year and the year before the e-vouchers were valid until 2020

Jeez they sure have made it more difficult to get around the website.

Used to be so easy to log in, check your loyalty points, convert your loyalty points to E-Vouchers. Now I have eventually found how many loyalty points I have but do I still have to convert these to e-Vouchers?

I also have a number of e-vouchers outstanding and I cannot see how I can view these neither?

Ignore above, I eventually got it. They sure do not make it easy nowadays. I have managed to convert my points to e-vouchers for future train journeys.

In theory loyalty points and associated e-vouchers expire at the end of the calendar year (there are exceptions e.g. Tesco clubcard exchanges which are 6 months).

However, the practice seems to be different.
