I don't think so Butti, since the first car accident years ago I have had a lot of shoulder pain, have had the right shoulder freeze before, but this time it's the left, the dr could give me a cortisone injection but I have had several of them already in each shoulder ... None of them have ever worked :(

Please see an osteopath El - I had this years ago and it was nipped in the bud in 2 sessions, while my doctor was all doom and gloom and cortisone .
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I saw an osteomyologist GG, several times after each car accident then several times a year after that and when I had the first frozen shoulder another few times, it helped but it didn't solve anything, have not heard an osteopath coul help frozen shoulders, I thought it was more for back issues?

I have calcified tendons in both shoulders, I also have tightened muscles in both shoulders as well as the inflammation ... Hence the reason I went to see the osteomyologist.

Mr el has started helping me with exercises, he is forcing my shoulder to move when I can't, so far I can't do "windmills" so he is helping me with them, I then try and take over but I can only move so much.

Think I may need to go and get my hair cut, the style won't suit me but I can't put my hair up when the shoulder is frozen, can't put a bra on either :( mr el puts one on for me before he goes to work ( so I land up having to sleep with one on, if I go swimming etc I have to go with a friend ( if mr el is at work etc) she then has to help me get dressed. I hate losing even that little bit of independence, so will be doing my best to keep a hold of any that I can.

Feeling kinda down about it all tbh as I remember the hell I was in last time :(

Sorry to hear this El, Dr KW has to help me dress and undress which annoys me and makes me feel even more useless than I already am

That loss of independence really can be frustrating cant it KW, mr el doesn't mind helping me, but I mind not being able to do it. As individuals we can be so fiercely independent :)

How have you been keeping ?
