I phoned Sky last night to moan about the fact that my package cost appeared to have gone up (my fault I hadn't noticed).
They promptly offered to cut my Broadband costs from £10/month to £7, allegedly without changing the package!
The reason? I'm out of contract with them so I could walk away anytime. This package is for a 12 month contract.
