We applied through Quidco last night. It got tracked so no problem there.
One annoyance is it didn't give us the option to 'add' this product to our online banking account (we have a mortgage but no other accounts with them), and instead asked us to re-register for online banking. Will have to see if they recognise that we already have an account and add the FlexDirect there, otherwise it'll be a pain having two accounts.
In terms of ID, we only sorted our mortgage last month so we've only just send them all our ID etc. Do you think they'll still ask for more ID as part of the application process?0 -

If the system doesn't automatically do so, then you'll be able to merge the two online banking logins together, so that you can see both accounts under the same login. I'd just wait and see what happens for now, it may automatically correct itself after the weekend.
If they do ask for ID, then I'd phone them up to tell them that you're an existing customer - for whatever reason, it doesn't seem to have matched you up to your existing account.0 -

You log in under either your existing account or the new one and then you in fact can access either from either log in.

Previously, it was paid on 31st March and 30th April so the May payment is due today.
Interest has been applied now :j0 -
Interest paid on all 5 of my accounts, two of which I only opened a fortnight ago :T0

Here too guys - opened 4 x accounts all in first week of may - got interest in all 4. Can't calculate what % because i had 2500 in there for about a week before this thread told me I won't get interest, so then left them with 500 for 2 more weeks and withdrew the rest last week.
Needless to say will be topping all 4 of them up to the brim, as well as trying to open a 5th.5.41 kWp System, E-W. Installed Nov 2017
Lux + 3 x US2000B + 2 x US3000C battery storage. Installed Mar 2020.0 -
5% on both accounts. I actually don't have any extra money right now but will have next month so looks like I'll be taking advantage of the TCB/Quidco FlexDirect offer to get a 3rd account.0

Without sitting down and working it out I couldn't say (maybe one of the forum mathematicians could help :rotfl:)
Three of the accounts were opened when first launched so they have been achieving the full 4.89.
The other two were opened in May but I only deposited £1000 on the 31/05/13 (AM) and 13p gross interest was added at midnight - not sure how easy it would be to work out if that is 4.89% but they are paying interest.
I would have thought it was all or nothing with these accounts?0 -

Yes, you definitely received the full 4.89%
£48.90/365 = 0.134p0
