  • Hmm I have 3 different accounts but when I login to each one they are all showing the same account status info like they have been linked up? Hope I still get my £2.30 jumper!! Jeans have been sent out, Strange as Jeans were done on my monthly invoice account that I hv had for ages and I did the jumper on a seperate new account and paid by card!? I think they maybe looking for duplicate accounts with same name and adresses and linking them together.

Thanks OP! Can't get it to work though - I'm at the enter card details stage but keep getting an error message 'Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR' :( I've got 2 kids towels in the basket at £5 each so the total to pay comes to £4 after codes. I've put extra in and then taken them out to get over £6 but still getting the message - has anyone else had this?

    **EDIT - woohoo its worked 10th time lucky....persistance pays...hopefully!!**
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)

I've tried numerous times using safari and firefox. I order 2 £8.99 cardigans, put in the code, take 1 cardigan off and it says insufficient order minimum £6. Now thinking I don't really need the cardigan. It would have been nice but MoneySavingExpert has helped me save this time!

make sure you enter the £5 off first then the 10% off after. Then it should work
