    are the items delivered by courier or royalmail?
    its just neither of our packages has arrived yet.....

    Hermes just delivered my parcel today. However I did ring them to say that I wouldn't be at home to collect my parcel from them until today after they tried to deliver and left a note Friday, March 8th.

    It did seem like forever since I ordered and I was really worried that I wouldn't get it in the end after reading a lot of terrible reviews of Hermes. But I was happy with the service as they did try to deliver and when I rang the driver he was very nice and delivered today as per my request.

    Hope you get yours soon! Great bargain! :)
